Sandbridge Community Chapel UMC is launching a 36-month “SCC2B” initiative to cast a vision and begin planning for the future of our church’s ministries. Our desire is to position SCC to best answer God’s call to serve future generations of the Sandbridge community, visitors and beyond. As part of this endeavor, we will strive to raise $250,000 to pay down current debt, and free up funding for ministry and staff expansion. Our goal is to finish paying for the necessary improvements and repairs that have made SCC a safer and more welcoming church, while also positioning the church to expand ministry and mission to the community for many years to come.

Sandbridge Community Chapel is ready to move forward! For over two years, we have been discerning the needs and opportunities for ministries that lie ahead. NOW is the right time! We are asking the entire church family to be in prayer and discernment on how God is calling you to invest in the future of the church.
We are confident that God has great plans for us in the years ahead.

Our loving God,
Each day your love and generosity roll into our lives like the waves that continually break on our Sandbridge shores. We invite your Spirit to break into our lives. Help us to step into the future you have planned for us. Give us new vision, new hope, and new power to be as generous with others as you have been with us. We trust that you will provide the necessary resources to do with us immeasurably more than we can hope or imagine. Amen.
